i almost forgot i was going to work hard to get back on track {seriously, eating crappy is such an easy habit…} but i remembered and had a big bowl of oatmeal with a bit of peanut butter and a sliced up banana in it.
got myself a little baby orange right here for a snack.
i can do this.

it was a rough summer.
and transitioning into the fall, and now the winter, has been HARD. i’ve gained back a few pounds, but i don’t want to maintain a 15 pound weight loss. i want that number to.. drop.
part of what made me so successful the first time was this fitblr community.
so here we go.
i’m shooting to be consistently under 190 by the end of the year.
